In commercial real estate brokerage, prospecting is almost a work of art. It requires refinement, practice, and dedication. The more committed you are to the process, the greater the results that are achieved. Over time that can lead to better listings and commissions.

The reason your Person/Strawman is created is mainly to enslave you. You see, you were created by your parents/nature/God – not the Government. So the government has no authority over YOU the commercial contract law living breathing being and consciousness that is really You because it is not the creator of this. So the State creates the Person/Strawman and then does it’s best to make us believe that we are it. It of course owns the Person/Strawman since it created it, and by tricking you to agree that you are it, it can control you. This is probably the main reason behind the drive for ID cards.

Our business is driven by change. Today we are dealing with an increased supply of truck insurance companies and a lower demand for their products. There are now insurance companies entering the truck insurance market that do not have the expertise you need in an insurance carrier. You need a company that understands how a trucking company operates and what you need in the event of a loss so you can get back to work. It’s a great time to get in on some lower rates but make sure you do this with a carrier (and agent) that specialize in truck insurance.

Social media platforms are becoming diverse and very active. Some of these platforms are well designed for business connections. You need to make the right choices here so that you do not confuse your clients with your friends on the same platform.

This is where the very first cracks appeared, the vulnerable spot where the shenanigans begin. So instead of taking the easy way out, always be prepared to write down everything on paper. There should be at least two copies of the rental agreement. Both parties should agree on the terms, and sign on it. And then each will keep a copy of the rental agreement. The agreement thus becomes a rental contract, which is enforceable by law. In the event that one party breaches the contract, the aggrieved party can bring the issue to court.

Ask for a list of successfully completed projects in your area. Check references and inquire about quality of work performed. If possible, go look at the contractorfs work. Check with the BBB to see if any complaints are unresolved. Ask for written evidence of coverage from the contractorfs insurance carrier. Ask about warranties.

Where do you find all of these people? Look to your local Chamber of Commerce, specialty business association, or ask other successful business people.
